It is left at the discretion of the Company to unilaterally modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions taking place through its online store, according to the existing needs and applicable transaction customs.
The Company is obliged to inform the users on any modifications and changes, in a timely manner, through the website of this online store. Any modification or change does not apply to orders you have already placed.

2. Information Provided & Products / Discounts

4. Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement
If you need to change a product or return any defective products, for your shopping convenience follow the instructions below.
• Any change has to take place within ten (10) days from the date of purchase, with the receipt or purchase invoice accompanying the product. Further to this, the products to be changed must be returned intact, in their packaging, without having been opened, installed or assembled - since the products will be put back on the shelf for sale - and the products to be purchased should be of equal or greater value. The Company is entitled to refuse the return of a product whose packaging has been opened, torn or altered in any way or when the product has been damaged due to incorrect application - installation. The shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.

• All the products we have for sale are new and covered by a factory warranty of their manufacturer. In case of a product being defective the following applies:
Any return and change of any defective products have to take place within ten (10) days from the date of purchase, with the receipt or purchase invoice accompanying the product. The product can only be replaced if the packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier) and only if the defect has not been caused by any misuse on the part of the consumer or any violation of the instructions of use of the product. A necessary condition for the recognition of a product as defective is it being examined by the technicians of the Company and the customer being informed accordingly. The time of examination of the product shall not be further than three (3) working days and the company shall be obliged to inform the customer accordingly. In case the circumstances require that there be contact with the manufacturer of the product, the above time is extended to fifteen (15) working days.
In any case, the replacement or return shall take place only if the customer has contacted the company within 48 hours from the day of receipt via the e-shop.
• The Company shall return any money received for products that were returned in the manner described above.
• The company shall bear the shipping costs of the returned products that were found to be defective.

5. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled in the following cases:
Prior to completing your order, during the online process, you can go back and delete the quantities of products from the shopping cart by pressing the "Remove" button.
Even in case you have completed your online order, but the product has not been shipped yet, you can cancel by dialing 2310/556631. In case the product has been received, you can contact 2310/556631 or use the e-mail form on our website; after explaining the reason why you want to cancel your order, our partner will immediately inform you on your options.
In case your order has already been invoiced and you still want to cancel it, you shall have to provide the details of your order to the Customer Service Department at 2310/556631.

6. Payment Methods
Α. Payment by Credit Card:
Regarding the payment methods, please be informed that all Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted in our online store. We assure you that every transaction in our online store is protected by high-tech online security systems that guarantee a completely secure trading environment to most of the 500 major companies around the world.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you shall have to follow the instructions in our online store. To fill in the order form, the number and expiration date of your credit card. Whenever you choose to pay by credit card, it shall be required that you are present to receive your order and that you have your credit and ID card with you. Β. Cash on Delivery
Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery): You have the opportunity to pay the employee of the Courier company the market value, immediately upon delivery at your place. Cash on delivery is charged with 1,5 euros (in addition to the value of shipping)
We remind you that, to each transaction, the relevant tax provisions will apply, regarding the method of issuing the documents (retail receipts and invoices) and the payment of the transaction price, which will be carried out as follows:
• by deposit / transfer to a bank account.
• by credit card debit
Not applicable for shipments of bulky or heavy items undertaken by a transport agency.
C. Payment at the store of the Company
Receipt and payment of your order at the store of the Company. In case you wish to receive the products from our store, all you have to do is select "Receive from the Store" in the Shipping Method. If your order is placed after 13.00 pm, it will be ready for pickup at the store the next business day, provided the products are immediately available. The notification for you to pick up our order is made through an automated e-mail stating that the order is ready for pickup at the store. There are cases when the products are not immediately available at the store for you to receive. In this case you will be informed by phone, for the smooth progress of the order. For your shopping convenience, you should only go collect from the store when you have been informed to do so by e-mail or by phone. All orders remain at the store for up to 7 business days following the delivery of the products, and as long as you have been informed about the progress of your order. Orders are paid at the store cashier upon pickup and you can use the following payment methods: Cash-Credit & Debit Card.
D. By deposit in a bank account
To discount your order you can use one of our following bank accounts. In the field “Beneficiary”, wherever this is requested, you must fill in the name "Eleni Byron Karampatzaki". Only banking transactions from and to the same banks are accepted.

Then e-mail the copy of the bank payment to info@byronbearings.gr. Once we receive the copy, we will dispatch your order.
In case the transaction concerns a buyer with a registered office or address abroad, it is mandatory that you make use of the National Bank account.
For your shopping convenience, as well as for the fastest possible delivery of your order, please indicate the order code and name given upon its placement in the message accompanying the transfer. Following a bank deposit, and in order for the product shipping process to start, the amount deposited shall have to appear in the account of the company and all personal details shall have to be identified. This process requires the contribution of the respective bank and it is for this reason that the product shipping process may be delayed.

7. Shipping products - Expenses - Orders
Α. Shipping Costs
a) by Courier
We cooperate with the company "ACS COURIER SERVICES". The charge for courier shipments is adjusted according to the kilos, the volume and the destination of the parcel and will be calculated based on the price list of ACS, which has been agreed upon and approved by our company. The customer will be informed about the shipping costs of their order by e-mail in order to make the respective decision.
b) Collection from the Store
You can pick up the spare parts from our store located at no 199 Monastiriou Street in Thessaloniki, directly, at no extra charge.
B. Orders
For orders placed until 13.00 from Monday to Friday (if it is a business day), the products will be prepared and delivered to the courier company on the same day. Orders placed after 13.00 will be delivered for shipment to the courier company the next business day.
Orders accepted on Friday after 13:00 and during the weekend will be delivered to the courier company for shipment on Monday (if it is a business day).
Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 17:00.
In case the customer wishes to have their order delivered beyond the delivery times standing for the online store, the maximum time limit is seven (7) business days from the day the order was placed. In case the time limit exceeds this period, the order will be delivered with the retail prices valid on the day of shipment of the products. The same policy applies to orders that the customer wishes to pick up from our store.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
